All A di GAETA orders are packed by hand, with love directly from our Atelier in Milan.
We ship with DHL to ensure your order will arrive quickly and safely. You will receive a tracking notification upon dispatch, so you can track the progress of your order. We do our best to ensure original timing estimates are met, but cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by vacation days, bad weather conditions or events outside of our control. A di GAETA offers complimentary free shipping to Italy and Europe for all orders above €500 (Add-On Accessories are not included). Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Estimated delivery time to Italyand EU is two (2) working days.

Shipment costs to destinations outside of the EU are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the country. Estimated delivery time is around five (5) working days.

Shipments to destinations outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which vary depending on your location. All orders are delivered duties unpaid and all import taxes, duties and custom fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the specific country, are the customer’s responsibility. If you would like to find out how much these charges will be, please contact your local customs office and check import tax policies for products made in Italy.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are available to exchange or refund items returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery. A di GAETA is not eligible for complimentary returns – the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Your return will be issued as soon as it is received and checked at our offices. It may take up to 5 business days to issue refunds. It can take approximately seven (7) business days for the funds to show in your account. We reserve the right to refuse returned items or shipments not meeting our requirements.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
To make a return or an exchange request, please follow these 4 simple steps.
- Make sure the item(s) are in the same condition as you received them, all packaging items included. Products that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
- Please complete the details of the return form you will find in the box and send back in the return box.
- Send an email to clients@adigaeta.com with your order number and request and we’ll provide you with a label and instructions on how to proceed.
- Please return your items within 14 days from delivery. Any returns received outside of the returns window will be refused or issued with a credit. A di Gaeta is not responsible for any delays, losses or damages of your return shipment. We recommend to keep your track&trace/receipts/confirmations.
