I HAVE TROUBLE BUYING SHOES ONLINE.

Online shopping for shoes can be tricky. If you have any difficulty, please contact our Virtual Appointment during opening hours (Monday – Friday: 12am – 6pm). A member of our team can guide you through our products directly from our atelier in Milan, bringing the in-store experience to you. We will be happy to answer to all of your product, sizing and styling queries, as well as offer personalized recommendations.

WHERE CAN I SEE YOUR PRODUCTS IN PERSON?

If you are in Milan, Italy – you are welcome to visit us in our Milanese Atelier.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD?

Your personal online security is very important to us – all transactions are secure and encrypted. We never store credit card information nor share customer details with 3rd parties. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Electron and Maestro. If you prefer to shop without having to enter your credit card details on the website, you can use PayPal and your account will be charged only once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.

CAN I PAY VIA BANK TRANSFER?

If you choose to pay using a bank transfer, we need to wait until your payment has been received before dispatching your order. It usually takes between 2-3 business days to receive the transfer – We suggest you send a copy of the confirmation on clients@adigaeta.com so that the order can be processed in a shorter time period. Your order will be valid for 5 days – if we don’t receive anything from you, it will be cancelled. Due to high request, we are unable to hold unpaid orders for a longer time period.

WHAT IS THE SIZE RANGE AVAILABLE?

A di GAETA shoes are available in Italian sizes. Styles range from size 35 to size 42. As sizes

may be limited for individual products, please check availability for each item.

WHICH SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?

A di GAETA shoes are true to size, however fit can vary between styles. On each product page you will have suggestions whether it is better to size up or down according to your feet. Always refer back to our Size Guide for more information or contact Virtual Appointment for further assistance.

DO YOU OFFER A di GAETA GIFT CARDS?

A di GAETA shoes are very personal so it can be hard to choose for a friend or family member – an easy way out is to gift an A di GAETA Gift Card.

Please contact us on clients@adigaeta.com to request one. We are happy to send it as a PDF or as a physical gift.

IF MY ORDER IS A GIFT, CAN I ADD A PERSONAL MESSAGE?

You can personalize your order with an accompanying message. 

To do so, display the basket before proceeding to payment, indicate that your order is a gift and type your message in the box.

To stay updated on any promotion, we suggest you subscribe to our newsletter. Upon signing up, you will receive a 10% welcome discount 

that can be used towards any full priced products (excluding all add-on accessories alone).

DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You do not need to create an account to make a purchase, but if you like what we do and would like to be a regular client, we suggest that you set up an account to enjoy its benefits, including saving your payment method, address and order history.

HOW DO I USE THE WISHLIST?

You can add an item to your wishlist by selecting the size and clicking on the heart icon on the individual product page. Once the item has been added to your wishlist, you can share it with friends, family or a shop by simply clicking on it. Items on your wishlist will not be reserved.

HOW DO I USE THE COMPARE BUTTON?

If you like more than one style and you are unsure which one to buy first, the compare button allows you to compare the products 

you have chosen between eachother. With this tool, you can make better buying decisions on products you want and need.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Yes of course – it is possible to cancel on the same day you placed the order, before it has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately on clients@adigaeta.com or Virtual Appointment with your order number and request.

CAN I CHANGE AN ITEM IN MY FINAL ORDER?

Unfortunately we are unable to change orders once they are finalized, but you can cancel your order and place it again with the correct items. 

Please inform us immediately on clients@adigaeta.com or Virtual Appointment so that we can change your items before dispatching them.

I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM IN MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please send us an email on clients@adigaeta.com with your order number and a picture of the faulty item. 

We will evaluate the image and get in touch with you as quickly as possible.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it. Please contact us immediately on clients@adigaeta.com or Virtual Assistance with your order number and we will try and change the address before dispatch. However, if your order has already left our offices, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DISPATCH MY ORDER?

Usually we dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Please note we do not ship orders during the weekend and during Italian bank holidays. While our aim is to dispatch your order in the time frame indicated above, we do not take responsibility in the event that the delivery time is longer than indicated.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Within Italy and the EU, orders are usually delivered the next business day whilst orders outside the EU usually take up to 2-4 business days to arrive. Delivery times are indicated from the day the order has been dispatched (you will be notified via email or text when the order leaves our offices).

ARE SHIPPING COSTS INCLUDED?

A di GAETA offers complimentary standard shipping to the whole of Italy. Regrettably we do not cover costs to countries outside of Italy. International orders may incur additional customs or import duty charges depending on the destination country. Unfortunately, as these costs are beyond our control and vary between countries, we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be. If you would like to find out how much these charges will be, please contact your local customs office and check import tax policies for products made in Italy.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ORDER FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?

You can return any item for a direct exchange within fourteen (14) days upon receiving your original order. Any item returned after the fourteen (14) day period is not eligible for an exchange or refund. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you need help with your exchange, please contact us on clients@adigaeta.com or Virtual Appointment with your order number and request.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ORDER FOR A DIFFERENT PRODUCT?

Exchanges only apply to styles with identical price – you can exchange for the same colour in a different size or the same style but in a different colour. If you want to return your order and change it with another product, you will have to return the old and place a new order for the product you’d like to receive instead.

CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to refund items returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Regrettably any returns received outside of the returns window will be refused or issued with a credit. A di GAETA is not eligible for complimentary returns but we will take care of the entire return process for you and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. MY RETURN WAS DELIVERED BACK TO YOU. WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We will issue your refund as soon as your package has been checked and registered in our offices. It may take up to 5 business days to issue refunds. 

It can take approximately 7 business days for the funds to show in your account.
