Delivery
All A di GAETA orders are packed by hand, with love, directly from our atelier in Milan.
Standard shipping is free throughout Italy, with no minimum order, unless your order contains add-on accessories only. Express shipping costs more and takes about half the time. In Italy you can also collect your order from our Milan atelier.
Delivery times are in business days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Italian bank holidays. You will see the exact cost at checkout, once you enter your address.
Standard shipments travel with FedEx, Express shipments with DHL. You will receive a tracking notification upon dispatch, so you can follow your order. We do our best to meet the estimated times, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by holidays, bad weather or events outside of our control.
Shipments to destinations outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which vary depending on your location.
The Milan atelier closes in August. The online shop stays open, but delivery times get longer.
Custom duties & import taxes
All orders are delivered duties unpaid: all import taxes, duties and custom fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the specific country, are the customer’s responsibility. If you would like to find out how much these charges will be, please contact your local customs office.
Exchanges & returns
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are available to exchange or refund items returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
A di GAETA is not eligible for complimentary returns: the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to refuse returned items or shipments that do not meet our requirements.
Your return will be issued as soon as it is received and checked at our offices. It may take up to 5 business days to issue refunds, and approximately seven (7) business days for the funds to show in your account.
Check the condition
Make sure the items are in the same condition as you received them, all packaging items included. Products that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
Complete the return form
Please complete the details of the return form you will find in the box, and send it back in the return box.

Ship within 14 days
Please return your items within 14 days from delivery. Any returns received outside of the returns window will be refused or issued with a credit. A di GAETA is not responsible for any delays, losses or damages of your return shipment: we recommend keeping your tracking and receipts.
